Snow Lemonade is the name of this unique lemonade. Free of sugar, it is topped with a huge mound of cotton candy and accompanied by Blue Butterfly Pea Flower, a naturally blue Indonesian tea, which changes color to purple when you add a little lemon. The idea is to pour this tea over the cotton candy, so that it melts dramatically and sweetens the lemonade. At the same time, the drink changes color and turns purple.
