One of our little pleasures in this cold and windy period (and this endless month of January!) is to sip a hot drink. Except that here, the holidays are over and we think it's time to stop the excesses and be reasonable. That's good, Starbucks has thought of us and now offers to replace the cow's milk added to many drinks (we think in particular of Latte and Macchiato, but you can also ask for it in any tea) with oats, for a lighter drink that remains delicious. Slurp!
The oat drink (because we can no longer speak of oat milk) is particularly rich in vitamins (A, B, E), magnesium, iron, potassium, manganese and fiber, all with low caloric and sugar intake. Who says better ? His only (possible) problem? It contains gluten, like oats. If you are intolerant and want to avoid dairy products, it is better to turn to the other vegetable alternatives already offered by Starbucks:almond, coconut or soy, which can also be added to all drinks.
We have a good excuse to go to Starbucks!
