All Starbucks regulars know it:the brand aptly adapts its menu to each season. Pumpkin Spice Latte in the fall, Oatmeal Macchiato in the winter and… Teavana Tea Lattes in the spring. You don't know them yet? It's normal, these colorful novelties have been on sale since March 1st. These teas of a new kind are 3 in number:Latte Matcha, with an inimitable green hue to which milk or an alternative (soya, almond, coconut, oats) can be added, and two pink beverages based on Rooibos, a red tea made from a shrub found in the highlands of South Africa.
On one side, the Latte Rooibos which is nothing but a mixture of milk and infused Rooibos, on the other, the Red Apple Rooibos Latte which takes up the composition of the first except that the Rooibos has been infused in syrup of red apple. It is also overhung by a topping of apple blossoms. Perfect for spring, right? Drinks can be enjoyed with small delicacies, also new:ham/cheese and 5-cheese toasts for savory lovers, Cookie Popcorn (with pieces of soft caramel… Yum!) and Muffin with sugar and lemon pearls for those who swear by the sweet. We haven't tasted it yet but it won't be long... 3, 2, 1, all at Starbucks!
