The new culinary craze:rainbow croissants

Once again, glitter and rainbows are taking over the culinary world. And Instagram at the same time.

We pretty much all agree on that. There is nothing better for our taste buds and our nose, for breakfast, than a good hot pastry with a good taste of butter.

A five-star hotel in London, however, wanted to vary the pleasures of croissants. Indeed, the Hotel Café Royal, near Piccadilly Circus offers rainbow pastries to its customers. Behind this culinary and artistic madness hides Sarah Barber, pastry chef.

They also offer other croissants which, in addition to being visually different, are filled with jams. Several flavors are also offered and each croissant is colored differently according to its taste. For example, there are pink croissants which are filled with raspberry, others are with passion fruit and mango. There are also green ones, which are pistachio.

As for the rainbow croissants, they are filled with sour cherry jam.

Here is a selection of pretty photos to make your mouth water.

A good dose of pastries with a fruity taste and a colorful look to delight the palate and the eyes.
