Ingredients for 6 people
- 5 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- a few diced feta cheese
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- water
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients by adding half the volume of water. Reserve at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve with a few diced feta or cucumber, a few basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
