Preparation
Heat the oil in a sauté pan and brown the onion with the minced stew meat, the carrot cut into slices, the bacon bits, the fresh mushrooms, the garlic and the seasoning (thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper).
When the mixture is well browned, sprinkle the flour, mix and add the square of chocolate and the wine, then the water.
Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Serve with potatoes, rice, pasta, bulgur...
