The old-fashioned tomato and mustard tart can be prepared in just 10 minutes.
Not only is it delicious, but it's super easy to make!
The trick is to put mustard on the bottom of the pie and arrange the colored tomatoes on top ... and presto, in the oven!

For 4 people - Preparation: 10 mins - Cooking: 20 mins
- 4 or 5 tomatoes of different colors
- puff or shortcrust pastry
- 2 tablespoons old-fashioned mustard
- salt
- pie pan
1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. Put the dough in the mold.
3. Spread the mustard all over the bottom of the pie.
4. Salt lightly.
5. Cut the tomatoes into slices of equal thickness.
6. Arrange the slices on top of the mustard.
7. Put in the oven.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes.
And There you go ! Your delicious tomato pie is already ready :-)

For this recipe, I used tomatoes from my garden:"green zebra", "coeur de boeuf" and "yellow pear" cherry tomatoes.
It gives color and makes the pie even more appetizing!
You can serve the pie with a good green salad. It's a great idea for a meal for a night out or with friends.
A variation that I love is the one with tuna.
Mix a can of tuna with the mustard and line the bottom of the pie with it. Then put the tomatoes on top.
To the basic recipe, you can also add sardine fillets placed on the tomatoes.
