Preparation
Start by soaking the bread in the white wine so that it is well soaked.
Then cut the ham into small pieces, the pears and the cheese into cubes, which you will mix with the fresh cream.
Beat the egg with an electric whisk, and add it to the mixture.
In a large gratin dish, line the bottom with the slices soaked in white wine. Then coat with the fresh cream mixture. You can of course add salt and pepper to your liking.
Put everything in the oven thermostat 6, 180°C, for 20 minutes.
