Ingredients for 4 people
Preparation
In your dish, mix a little flour with salt and pepper. Then flour your walleye fillets.
Brown your fillets in a pan with olive oil and butter. For proper cooking, brown for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove the walleyes and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the chopped ginger, let it sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add the white wine and coconut milk. Let everything cook over low heat for about 4 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent the ginger from sticking to the pan.
Cut your peppers into strips, and add them to the mixture. Cook for a few more minutes.
When ready to serve, fry your fillets lightly in the pan, then serve them topped with their sauce.
