Ingredients
For 10 rolls
Preparation:15 min. – Cooking time:5 min.
- 250 g strawberries
- ¼ cantaloupe melon
- 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 4 kiwis
- 10 rice sheets
For the chocolate sauce
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml whipped cream
Preparation
- Cut the strawberries and the melon into small cubes. Mix them in a bowl with the basil and lime juice.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them into thin slices.
- For the sauce, chop the chocolate finely and put the pieces in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until a smooth sauce is formed.
- Place the moist rice sheets each with the fruit mixture and place 3 slices of kiwi on top.
- Finish the rolls by folding the top over the filling. Fold the sides inwards, so that you get a kind of envelope and then roll the sheet up. Serve with the chocolate sauce.
