Recipe:Nasi bowl with satay sauce and bell pepper

Nasi:an Indonesian classic on your table at home! With Honig you can prepare a tasty, nutritious Nasi bowl with satay sauce and bell pepper in no time at all. Delicious with cucumber and green beans.

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 package Basic for Nasi Special
1 package Wijko satay sauce
1 large red bell pepper
450 g nasi/bami vegetables
300 g rice
150 ml of water

Own spin:

400 g green beans
½ cucumber, sliced

Preparation method

1. Cook the rice as directed on the package.
2. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Bake the fried rice/bami vegetables and the chopped bell pepper for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add 150 ml of water and Honig base for Nasi Special. Heat the whole while stirring for about 1 minute.
4. Add the rice and fry the dish over high heat for about 1 minute.
