Salma Hage's Lebanese cuisine

The culinary universe of Lebanon is a clever mix of traditional peasant dishes from small mountain villages and a very refined contemporary cuisine found in Beirut, influenced by the blending of Eastern and European cultures. This is what this book invites us to discover...

With "Lebanese Cuisine", the authentic colors, multiple textures and unique flavors of Lebanon will invade all the kitchens of homes in France:250 photographs specially taken for the book illustrate the 500 recipes!

Stews, fall and summer salads, hummus in many ways, flavored soups with all the spices, marinated fish and meat, vegetables au gratin and sweets for tea.

Throughout the pages, reading the recipes reveals a healthy and balanced cuisine. Could a new Cretan regime be here? The basic recipes at the beginning of the book and the author's introductory text suggest this.

And to create exceptional menus, part of the book is devoted to the recipes of the best Lebanese chefs in the world.
