In a pan put a little olive oil and brown the garlic and onion.
Add ground meats
Stir and stir in beaten egg and allow to set, mixing thoroughly.
Season salt and pepper from the mill
Gently drain the peppers. Open and stuff each pepper with a small spoonful of the mixture.
Dip them in the flour then in the two remaining eggs beaten in an omelette.
Fry them on each side in the remaining hot olive oil.
Serve with a few lettuce leaves and diced tomato.
