Pimientos del Piquillo stuffed with fresh cheese


Ingredients:30/35 pieces
  • Pimientos del Piquillo
    1 box
  • fresh bush cheese
    200 g
  • fresh goat cheese
    about 125 g
  • garlic
    2 cloves
  • bunch white onion

  • tarragon, basil chervil and chives, simple parsley.

  • salt, Sichuan pepper.

Peel, degerm and finely chop the garlic, peel and finely chop the onion and its green stems, very finely chop all the herbs.

In a pan, very gently sweat the garlic and onion. drain, set aside

In a salad bowl, mix by crushing the cheeses with a fork, add the garlic and the onion, mix well and add the fine herbs. Salt lightly then add a little crushed Sichuan pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

Stuff each pimientos with this stuffing, serve chilled.

Decorate with hibiscus flowers. (optional)
