Golf tomatoes with pesto from Saint-Antoine and fleur de sel from Ile de Ré

  • small golf tomatoes*,
    450 g
  • small-leaved basil (more fragrant)
    1/2 bunch
  • olive oil
    6 tablespoons
  • fleur de sel (Ile de Ré or Guérande)
    1 tablespoon

Wash the tomatoes and dry them.

Remove stem before cutting into quarters,

Lay them out on a large platter.

Sprinkle with small sprigs of basil.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fleur de sel.

*These tomatoes are called "golf tomatoes" because of their similar size to a golf ball.
