Peel, crush, and chop the garlic.
Peel and dice the onion.
In a frying pan, put the olive oil, tomato, onion, garlic and basil, season with salt and pepper, let everything sweat and stew.
Pour and spread this mixture on the dough. distribute the ingredients evenly.
Arrange the Comté slices on top
Sprinkle with oregano and Espelette pepper.
Bake in the oven for fifteen minutes.
