Cook the oxtail in salted water for 2 hours.
Drain, cut into small pieces, set aside.
Cut the peppers and onion into small squares. Throw them in a pan with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook them for 4 minutes.
Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
Then add the diced oxtails to the preparation, moisten everything with a little cooking broth.
Cook the macaroni for about 9 minutes in 3 liters boiling salt.
Drain them.
Mix them with the meat.
Salt and pepper.
Add the Parmesan.
