Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
Clarify the butter:heat it over low heat then filter the thick yellow liquid and discard the whitish whey.
Peel the onions, slice them.
Cut the peppers into thin strips.
Brown everything in the clarified butter for 10 minutes, salt and pepper from the mill. Add the honey, green curry and 1 pinch of allspice.
Divide the dough into 6 balls, give a round shape to each ball by relaxing it with your hands as for a pizza.
Spread the precooked onion and pepper mixture over the bread.
Flour a baking sheet, place the pies on it. Bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
