Peel the apples. Cut them into quarters and remove the center and seeds. Cut the turkey breasts into large chunks. Peel the onion, cut it into quarters. Put everything in the blender to coarsely chop everything.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. brown this preparation, stirring with a spoon. Add the whipping cream, corn flour and white wine. Let simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. At the end of cooking add the raisins. Add salt and pepper. Mix.
Preheat the oven to th. 7 (210°). Butter a pie pan. Roll out a roll of dough in it. Prick with a fork. Leave the edges of the dough protruding so that you can close them on the other dough. Fill the mold with the stuffing and cover with a circle of dough a little smaller than the mold. Moisten the outline of this circle and fold the edges of the pie shell over it to form a pie.
Using a brush, brown the top of the pie with the yolk beaten in a little water. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with a lightly seasoned green salad.
