Preparation:

  • Cooking time:5 minutes

Difficulty:[usr 2]

Cut the filet mignon into thin slices of half a centimeter. Cut the snap peas diagonally into thirds. Peel the peppers and cut them into julienne (thin strips). Heat the plancha, pour the sesame oil. When the oil begins to smoke, add the snow peas, bean sprouts and minced peppers. Salt, pepper. Let cook for one minute, stirring constantly. In a skillet, lightly toast the sesame seeds.

Add the pork medallions, garlic, salt and pepper, still on high heat. Stir the vegetables while continuing to cook for 2 minutes on each side. Add the soy sauce. Despite all the prejudices, the filet mignon must remain slightly pink to ensure an incomparable softness. As soon as the cooking is finished, place on a plate. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. You can also serve this dish directly on the table with the plancha.
