Thin noodles with peas and ham


Ingredients:4 people
  • Panzani thin noodles
    300 g
  • pea pods
    700 g
  • butter
    50g
  • cured ham cut into small pieces
    125 g
  • basil
    3 leaves
  • fresh peppermint
    3 leaves
  • grated parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon
  • salt freshly ground pepper
  • fresh parsley
    1 sprig

Shell the peas, cook them in salted boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain them, cool them.

Put the butter in a saucepan and add the peas, salt them, cook for 5 minutes. Add the ham to the peas, cook for another 8 minutes.

Cook the noodles for about 8 minutes in 3 liters of boiling salted water. Chop the basil, parsley and mint, add them to the peas at the same time as the pasta.

Sprinkle with parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir.

Serve on a serving platter.
