First peel and slice the onions
Crush and finely chop the garlic clove.
Put a knob of butter in a pan.
Gently cook the sausage in it.
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Put two knobs of butter in a sauté pan
Gently cook the onion and garlic.
Add the diced ham and the sausage, also diced.
Cook the noodles in 3 liters of boiling salted water for about 6 minutes.
Drain them
Put them back in a saucepan over low heat
Add a knob of butter
Then the meats and the chopped parsley.
Taste, salt if necessary.
Serve in hot dishes.
