You are right ! It's delicious and that way you know exactly what's in it.
But there's no need to ruin yourself by buying a yogurt maker.
Do you have glass jars and a pressure cooker? Then you can make your own yogurts.

- a plain yogurt for the ferment it contains
- a liter of semi-skimmed milk
- a pot of yogurt filled with powdered milk
1. Boil the liter of milk.
2. Wait for it to cool down to 45°C.
3. Then pour the powdered milk and natural yoghurt into a container.
4. Mix well.
5. Pour the preparation into small glass jars.
6. Fill the casserole with two glasses of water.
7. Heat the water then let it cool down.
8. Arrange the yoghurt pots in the casserole.
9. Close the lid of the casserole.
10. Let the yogurts rest for at least five hours . It is best to leave them next to a heat source.
11. After five hours, put them in the fridge until the next morning.
There you go, your homemade yogurts without yogurt maker are ready :-)
It's easy to do , is not it ? And it's super good!
You now know the simple recipe for homemade natural yoghurts . But the advantage is of course to be able to vary the pleasures!
Pieces of peaches or strawberries in summer, bits of pear or bananas in winter, rose or violet extract, you can imagine it all with these yoghurts!

The average price of a flavored yogurt is 0.35 cents in trade.
With homemade yoghurts, it drops to around €0.12, a little more depending on the ingredients you want to add. Saving more than 20 cents per yogurt, it can go very quickly in a family!
At home, I calculated that we eat an average of 100 yogurts a month.
Which means that just on yogurts, we now save more than 20 euros per month... and therefore 240 euros in the year !
All this without having invested in any yoghurt maker!
