Ingredients for 4 baguettes
Preparation
In a salad bowl, pour the yeast with a little lukewarm water so that it dissolves; a few minutes are enough. Add the rest of the water and the salt. Pour in all the flour at once and mix while kneading quickly so that the dough is fairly homogeneous and forms a nice ball in your bowl.
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rise for 1h30, near a radiator for example:the heat helps the dough rise.
At the end of this period, the dough will have risen. Place the ball on a floured surface, split it into 4. Either you have baguette molds in which you can place your 4 shaped dough pieces lengthwise, or you only have a baking sheet on which you will do your best to form your baguettes in parchment paper!
Streak the top to make it "more real".
Bake for 25 minutes in a convection oven preheated to 240°C (th°8) having poured water into the dripping pan so that the heat is a little moist.
N.B.:organic T80 flour or flour with seeds can also be used.
