Funny as hell, they amuse the children and amaze the elders.
Friday evening is a family aperitif!
And, with my Gruyère lollipops, we share complicit moments that delight young and old.
Here is the easy recipe for gruyère lollipops 3 cents for a fun and economical aperitif :

For 4 gourmets
- 1 packet of gruyere cheese 100 g grated (for about 20 lollipops)
- Picks, toothpick style.
Preparation:15 mins – Cooking:5 mins
1. I preheat my oven to 180°.
2. On the plate of my oven, I place a sheet of parchment paper.
3. I put small piles of Gruyère on top and flatten them a little to give them a round shape.
4. I place my peak in the middle of my preparation. Then I cover it with a little cheese so that it holds well.
5. I cook 5 minutes :the cheese must be melted, but not grilled.
6. I take my baking sheet out of the oven. And I let my lollipops cool for a few minutes so that the cheese hardens.
7. I gently peel off the lollipops using a spatula.
There you go, your gruyère aperitif lollipops are already ready :-)

Why don't we flavor our lollipops with Gruyère?
If, in general, children prefer them plain, adults will be delighted to decorate them with various spices.
You can add turmeric, curry, cumin, pepper or even mustard and cinnamon.
All I have to do is sprinkle my lollipops before putting them in the oven and you're done.
Likewise, I sometimes combine my grated Gruyère with a little parmesan to enhance the taste of my cheese. A delicious combination!

Either a Gruyere lollipop coming back to me for 0.03 € or around twenty at €0.63.
It's hard to prepare a more economical aperitif!
