To do this, here is my secret:
1. Ingredients . Like any vinaigrette, you need mustard , a tablespoon of oil , salt and pepper , but to make it lighter you also need a tablespoon of water, and why not a spoon or two of cottage cheese for smoothness.
2. The order of the ingredients . The most complicated thing is not to make a mistake in the order ingredients to put first, otherwise you won't be able to make your dressing homogeneous .
3. Start by mixing the vinegar with salt . Then add the oil with mustard and water . Mix well all and add as much pepper as you want.
There you go, you have a good light vinaigrette to accompany your salad . To your forks now.
No need to buy light salad dressings all made bought in supermarkets.
