Ingredients

- 1 mozzarella

- 1 egg

- 2 tablespoons of flour

- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons of parmesan

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to

1. Cut the cheese into 24 pieces.

2. Put the slices in the freezer until frozen.

3. Beat the egg in a container.

4. In another container, mix the parmesan and breadcrumbs.

5. Roll the frozen sticks in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the mixture.

6. Lay aluminum foil on a baking sheet.

7. Oil it up.

8. Place the sticks on the plate.

9. Cook for 4 min at 200°C.
