Here is an effective trick to reduce defrosting time.
You will finally be able to eat your ground beef faster than expected!
All you have to do is flatten the meat as much as possible before putting it in the freezer:
1. Fill the bags with minced meat.
2. Flatten them as much as possible.
3. Put them in the freezer.
And voilà, your meat will now defrost quickly :-)
This way, when you take them out of the freezer, the defrosting time will be reduced.
