Prepare a little more when you make dinner Cook an extra portion of quinoa, grill an extra piece of salmon or save a few broccoli florets. Prepare a salad or wrap in advance. It will cost you almost no extra time, because you are already cooking and you still have one or more healthy ingredients with which you can have lunch tomorrow.
You don't have to prepare everything
You can also take ingredients separately and mix them when you go for lunch.
Prepare multiple lunches at once
There is bound to be one evening a week when you have a little more time. Use that evening to prepare not one but five lunches. This way you have a healthy lunch for every weekday.
