The second initiative can be found in Amsterdam. More than 20 local catering entrepreneurs offer their culinary specialties. From bitterballen to fish soup, frozen yogurt and Vietnamese street food. Instead of sitting down at a set table, you can walk around here with your wine to order a starter, main and dessert at various stands.
