1. Invest there time in
Read labels, find tasty recipes. By immersing yourself in this lifestyle in the beginning, it will eventually become easier. You don't have to reinvent the wheel yourself, there is a lot of information on the internet and there are plenty of vegan recipes. After a while, reading labels is no longer necessary, but you can blindly place the vegan products in your basket.
2. Don't be put off by annoying comments
You will no doubt have to deal with comments from others. The comments are usually not unkind, but can sometimes make you feel that you have to justify your choices. People find you a picky eater or unsociable. Show that it makes you happy. That's the most important.
3. Start small
