Make the batter by mixing the buckwheat flour, egg and buttermilk. Stir in the berries and vanilla, but don't break the berries. Heat some oil in a pan and add small heaps of batter with a sauce spoon. When the top starts to dry up, flip the pancakes and cook the other side as well. Garnish with some fresh fruit and a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
