A delicious vegan apple pie with freshly whipped cream, doesn't that sound like music to your ears? Nice for coffee/tea tonight!
Ingredients
For the cake
- 200 g flour
- 100 g Flora Plant unsalted
- 60 g white caster sugar
- 5 g salt
- 4 g baking powder
- 3 large Jonagold apples
For the whipped cream
- 100 ml vegetable cream
- 5 g sugar

Orange chips &atsina cress

Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, white caster sugar and the unsalted Flora Plant. Then mix this until an even dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 centimeter. Line the cake tin with the dough and let it rest in the fridge for 3 hours.
- In the meantime you can get started with the filling. Peel the apples and cut them into 12 wedges per apple.
- If the cake has been in the fridge long enough, you can take it out. Place the apple wedges in the pie and bake in an oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
- When the cake is in the oven, we can make the cream. Add the sugar to the cream and beat until fluffy.
- If the cake is good, you can take it out of the oven. Let it cool down first. Garnish with the whipped cream, orange chips and atsina cress.
