Ingredients for 6 people
First of all, put your oven to preheat, thermostat 6, 200°C.
Preparing the dough
Pour ¼ liter of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. At the same time add the salt and the butter cut into small pieces.
When you see that the mixture begins to rise, remove the pan from the heat, and quickly add the flour. Mix vigorously.
Then return the pan to a low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, while continuing to stir. This will dry out the dough a bit.
Then remove from the heat, and add the two eggs, remembering to continue mixing.
Take a piping bag that you fill with the preparation. On the buttered baking sheet, spread the dough in the shape of a crown. Put the plate in the oven, and leave it for about twenty minutes, until the dough becomes golden brown.
Once out of the oven, let it cool, then cut the crown in the direction of the thickness.
Preparing whipped cream
Put the chocolate in a saucepan with 4 tablespoons of water, and melt it in a bain-marie. Meanwhile, mix the sugar with the cream, and beat everything in whipped cream.
Then add the melted chocolate and leave to cool.
When ready to serve, garnish your crown with whipped cream, and close.
