Cut the mangoes in two parts and carefully core them without piercing their skin.
Then mix the flesh with the lime juice
Whip the whipped cream with the sugar in a very cold bowl
Gently mix the mango mousse with half of the whipped cream
Garnish the shells with this preparation
Decorate with whipped cream and add a few sprigs of mint and a few quarters of mango flesh.
