How can you resist a nice creamy homemade whipped cream?
As an accompaniment to a dessert or with a teaspoon, it is a pure delight in the mouth.
And it's much better than store-bought whipped cream.
Luckily, my grandmother gave me her easy-to-make, really inexpensive whipped cream recipe.
It will go very well with your desserts.
Here's how to make it so that it is unmissable!

Difficulty:very easy - For 4 people
Budget per person:€0.18
- 20 cl of heavy cream
- 30 g icing sugar
1. Put a salad bowl in the freezer for 15 min.
2. Take the crème fraîche out of the fridge and the salad bowl out of the freezer.
3. Pour the cream into the bowl. Beat it gently with a beater or mechanical whisk. It must become creamy and rise well.
4. Gently pour in the icing sugar, in rain, while continuing to beat the cream.
5. Place the whipped cream in the refrigerator if you are not enjoying it immediately.
And there you have it, you have made a delicious homemade whipped cream :-)

In less than 5 min, you have made a good thick whipped cream.
Really not worth buying!
If you want the creme fraiche to rise, don't beat it too long.
As soon as small air bubbles form on the cream, stop beating it, it's ready!

- 30 g of icing sugar:€2.84 per kilo, i.e. €0.09
An addition of €0.18 per person or €0.72 for 4 people.
