Noodles with salmon and sea crab l
For 2 persons

You need this:
– 250 g salmon fillet
– 4 tbsp soy sauce
– 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
– 150 g noodles
– 100 g samphire
This is how you make it:
– Place the salmon fillets in a deep plate. Mix three tablespoons of soy sauce and one tablespoon of sesame oil and drizzle over the salmon. Let this soak for 45 minutes.
– Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
– Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon for 6 minutes. Turn around halfway through.
– Add the samphire to the salmon after 1 minute and fry it for another 5 minutes.
– Finally, divide the noodles between two plates and place the salmon and the samphire on top of the noodles. Season with the rest of the soy sauce and sesame oil.
