Do you know what caravanners do to get camels across deserts? They make them lick breads of salt so that they retain their water. In short:when we eat (too) salty (which is not difficult since we only need 2g per day...while we consume 10g on average...), we store our water and BAM:that has cellulite.
The image, which Jean-Jacques Garet offers us in "The great book of self-hypnosis for weight loss", is not only glaringly true but it illustrates in a powerful way all that dieticians like Bénédicte Van Craynest repeat to us:yes, we salt too much and it makes cellulite not good for the circulation.
So, how to limit the breakage (because we LOVE salt oh yes oh yes)? 1/ We limit prepared meals (and we monitor the salt content), 2/ We organize ourselves at home and we are creative. Basically:eating healthy is neither expensive nor complicated. You must first invest in a few condiments such as bottles of vinegar (at Tousansel for example, the first salt-free shop), in sprouted seeds with music (hihi???), lemons or even spices. And after that, all you have to do is have fun and indulge yourself according to the inspiration of the moment! Yum yum. Owl!
