The Australian chain Donut Time has also had a slightly crazy idea:to offer a maple-glazed donut, topped with a caramelized bacon pancake. Just that!
This strange culinary creation is the result of a partnership with the Cartoon Network television channel. Called "It's Always Adventure Time", this bacon donut-pancake celebrates the cartoon Adventure Time . On the donut, we also find the head of Jack the magic dog, one of the heroes of the animated series, who pays tribute to this hitherto imaginary dish in his song Bacon Pancakes .
What is this sweet and salty mixture, high in flavors and colors worth? Only those who have the chance to make a detour to Australia will be able to discover it, since this bacon donut-pancake is only available in limited edition in all Donut Times in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne!
