Disneyland Paris is an enchanted space where you find yourself immersed in the magic of our favorite cartoons... right down to your plate. The kitchens of the Founder's Club at the Disneyland Hotel will take on the appearance of a Gusteau restaurant, not thanks to the talent of Rémy in Ratatouille , but to that of Jean Imbert who was trained by Paul Bocuse. From April 7, the chef will be offering his "Little Jean" menu – in addition to the reference to Robin Hood's famous companion, it is also the childhood nickname of the famous gourmet – which is of course inspired by the emblematic culinary preparations of the Disney classics. On the menu, 12 original recipes including the spaghetti dish from La Belle et le Tramp with organic egg pasta and free-range Limousin veal or even a tasty version of the ratatouille seen in the animated film of the same name with organic vegetables from the open ground.
As for the desserts, they will give the impression of being real princes and princesses:the Sleeping Beauty Cake entirely made with organic products will delight the taste buds of the most gourmet, just like the Poisoned Apple from Snow White made by Jean Imbert's special guest, Pastry Chef Cédric Grolet. The magical menu will be available for children, and always with seasonal, fresh and natural products. The “Petit Jean” culinary experience will be offered between April 7 and June 7 every evening from Tuesday to Saturday with guaranteed services at 6:15 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. The price of the tasting menu, which includes organic wine and a glass of champagne, is €150 and the children's menu is €36. It is advisable to book on the Disneyland Paris website or by telephone on 0825 300 500. After the thrills and a day filled with emotions, the comforting gastronomic experience...
