Ben Churchill is known for his disconcerting desserts. The pastry chef is a true master in the art of trompe l'oeil desserts and it shows. Quite proud of his desserts, the British pastry chef has released a book “Food Illusions” which lists his craziest works. He does not hesitate to share them regularly also with his 18,000 followers, on his Instagram account. Green plant in its pot with its soil, coconut mushrooms or green apple and its earthworms... Very realistic, of course, but don't be fooled by appearances because apparently, these desserts are delicious!
