Like Lauren Ko, Charlotte has not (yet) made her passion her job. The 27-year-old works in real estate but devotes her free time to baking cakes, while waiting to be able to open her own solidarity tea room. A project that is very close to his heart and which should see the light of day soon...
Spotted thanks to Wanted, the site of good Parisian plans, we were able to discover in turn, her blog, on which she shares her recipes, her Instagram page, a superb showcase where we can see her evolution as well as her Youtube channel. Three pages that she launched in 2015 and has never stopped feeding since. His creations really have nothing to envy to the greatest pastry chefs!
Perfectly mastering the art of cake design, the young Parisian offers original themed birthday cakes, which change from the eternal fondant to chocolate. Made to order, we find them in the shape of books, Minnie's head, Batman or even in NIKE shoe boxes...
Each cake takes him no less than 8 hours, but when you see his incredible sense of detail, you quickly understand why. The big plus? Its hyper light prices. For a dessert for 15 people, you will have to count between 40 and 80€, depending on the desired model! Because like any self-respecting pastry chef, she also makes more classic pastries like strawberries, millefeuilles and other apple pies... The only downside is that the young woman is based in Paris, so you have to live in the capital to taste her little wonders.
