Firefighters putting out chocolate flames, workers busy making cakes and other pastries using cranes and ladders (yes, judging by his photos, Matteo doesn't do all that working alone!), friends sailing on a river of chocolate… The pastry chef competes in originality for each of his creations. The latest:a Christmas tree like a cake topper, always with the presence of his favorite figurines decorating the Christmas tree. A feast for the eyes (and certainly for the taste buds, but we did not have the chance to taste it)! Well, only small black dot on the board:the result is so amazing that we hardly dare to touch it!
