Specialty of Vietnamese cuisine, the spring roll treats all taste buds! It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a starter, during a picnic or an evening with friends. Easy to prepare and ultra-gourmet,spring rolls are made from a sheet of raw rice and can be garnished according to your desires! They can be vegan, vegetarian, made with shrimps, salmon, tofu, avocados, red cabbage, green asparagus, mangoes, carrots, vermicelli... It's up to you to prepare your spring rolls as you wish!
Cut the food to obtain thin sticks. In a deep plate, pour water and soak the rice cakes for 15 seconds. Lay them on a damp tea towel and fill the spring rolls with foods of your choice. Layer them on top of the sheet, then roll it up, folding the sides over the fillings.
Accompany your spring rolls with peanut sauce. For this, you need:100 grams of peanut butter, 100 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of whole sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 garlic, mix- all and dip your spring rolls inside.
