It all started with the homemade Elderflower syrup, he picked the elderflower fresh from his own garden and mixed it with fruit grown on the farm. Today, however, Belvoir is much more than just the Elderflower flavour. At Belvoir Farm, in rural Leicestershire, England, the experts blend an abundance of flowers, fruits and spices into a tantalizing array of syrups and soft drinks in a variety of flavours.
A delicious new syrup has recently been added:The Belvoir Strawberry &Raspberry syrup is a mix of soft, ripe raspberries and fresh strawberries. Made according to the traditional family recipe, with carefully selected ingredients from nature. The result? An organic syrup with a rich, full flavor, without artificial preservatives, flavors, colors or sweeteners.
This syrup is perfect for making the tastiest lemonades, for example by mixing it with sparkling or still water. Ideal to use in a water dispenser, but also as an ingredient for a deliciously fresh mocktail or cocktail!
