Preparation
Cut the meat into pieces. Season with salt and pepper and add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Leave to macerate.
Peel the pineapple, cut it and caramelize it.
Brown the meat in the oil and the chopped onion. Book.
In a container, mix a little oyster sauce, soy sauce, water and a pinch of cornstarch.
Put the meat back on the heat, adding the sauce and the pineapple pieces.
