Tiger prawn salad with mango and avocado, balsamic vinaigrette


Ingredients:6 people
  • Tiger prawns (Gambas n°2 20/30)
    1 kg
  • mixed salads
    600 g
  • mangos
    400 g
  • avocado
    500 g
  • tomatoes
    500 g
  • balsamic vinaigrette
    10 cl
  • sunflower oil
    40 cl
  • Guérande salt
  • chervil, chives, thyme
  • milled pepper


Preparation:


    Difficulty:[usr 1]

    Remove the shell around the prawns, keeping the head and the end of the tail.

    Pan-fry the prawns, cook for two minutes, salt with Guérande salt,

    peel and seed the tomatoes, cut into julienne.

    Prepare the vinaigrette

    Season and arrange the mixed salads on a plate,

    Alternate with the shrimp, mango and seasoned tomatoes
    to the balsamic vinaigrette, adding plenty of the herbs.
