Green salad and fresh herb vinaigrette

The ingredients

1 salad (they are really better when you buy them fresh at the market rather than in a bag…)

a few pink radishes (optional)

For the vinaigrette:

classic mustard

olive oil

Kikkoman soy sauce

fresh herbs (the ones you have on hand, chives, parsley, coriander…)

Preparation

Wash and dry the salad well.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing a teaspoon of mustard with 1 drizzle of Kikkoman soy sauce, then add olive oil (or any other oil you like!).
Pepper according to your taste.
Then chop your fresh herbs and incorporate them into your vinaigrette, add the salad and a few pink radishes cut into slices if you have any, it's ready!
