Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes, until tender.
Meanwhile, crumble the crab meat. Put it in a bowl, grate the lime zest on top, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 15 cl of cream, chopped chives and mix.
Preheat the oven to th. 7 (210°C).
Peel the potatoes and pass them through a potato masher, add the butter, turn, pour the rest of the cream, salt, pepper, add the rest of the herbs and mix.
Pour half of the mash into a baking dish, smooth the surface, spread the crab mixture over it, cover with the rest of the mash, then smooth the surface.
Slide into the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot or warm.
