Saffron tagliatelle with smoked fish, Sichuan pepper

  • smoked salmon
    150 g
  • Smoked Halibut

  • smoked trout

  • liquid cream
    20 cl
  • butter
    50g
  • dill
    6 sprigs
  • salt
  • Sichuan pepper

Cut the smoked fish into 1/2 cm strips. Cook the pasta in 5 l of salted boiling water.

Meanwhile, pour the cream into a small saucepan and heat. When the pasta is cooked, drain it in a deep dish, add the butter in pieces.

Add the hot cream, mix well and add the smoked fish strips, mix again, place in a serving dish.

Give several turns of the Sichuan pepper mill.

Serve hot.
